After doing three business transactions, I believe this store is awesome. Fair and professional prices. My wallet and I will be back. I moved to Elfers back in 1978 and am happy to support local professionals. I highly recommend it.

Best Jeweler in all of Pasco! They sell beautiful Swiss made watches with saphire crystal at affordable prices with unlimited service. I absolutely love this piece that they sold me! They are a pleasure to talk to and know their stuff. I learn something new every time I visit the shop. Plus they have an adorable dog that just sits back and smiles at the customers. I highly recommend you go here for your jewelry needs; our family has been going here for over 12 years now and we have never had any issues.

The clasp broke on my 14 carrot gold chain. Took it to Michael's for repair. He did a very nice job at a fair price. The most outstanding part for me was, when I picked up the chain, he gave $40 off the bill for my broken clasp. He could have charged me and not said a word about credit for the broken clasp. I appreciate that kind of honesty!

Awesome jewelers! I took my grandmothers filigree engagement ring that is 103 years old to have it restored to original ,she wore it so much that the wedding band completely wore out the gold on both sides of the ring. The diamond was taken out and put in another setting. He took on the challenge and it couldn’t be more beautiful I’m so happy with the workmanship I wish I could give them 100 star rating. Thank you so much ❤️ Another great job from Michaels Jewelry this Jade stone was in a setting I didn’t like because it exposed the edges. Michael took the time to show me my options and I chose this setting I’m so pleased with the Jade ring now!! Thank you.
